i think he would have a similar role to bellamy really, although not due to his knees. he could play in any of the front 4 positions, but i wouldn't expect to see him starting every week. if he does, i would hope it's because he's scoring goals rather than being persisted with.

Can't pretend to be overly excited at the prospect of signing Dempsey. Especially when we'll no doubt get screwed on the price. But he does seem to be a consistent performer and he's a goal threat. I Rodgers really wants him then we need to back his judgement.
