    Semi-Finals

    Spain v Portugal tonight, innit?

Which would make it Germany v Italy tomorrow.

I'm going Portugal v Italy for ****s and giggles in final and I'm sure I'll be backed by Kev the psychic chicken. Mebbe.

Boring but Spain v Germany final, the one we all wanted.

Wanna see that cunt Ronaldo blubbing his eyes out tonight.

Difficult to see past Spain/Germany really.

From a money perspective Germany will then go on to win the tournament with Gomez nothing a few goals to finish top scorer.

But I'd kind of prefer Spain to win regardless.

Its been an unusual tournament. No real upsets other than the Dutch, but their group was always going to include one unlucky loser.

Basically the best 4 teams in the tournament have reached the semi finals.

I'd quite like to the the Germans win it, they have played the best footy for me.

I dunno, Portugal have something about them - the best player in the tournament...so far at least.

Mind, it's about time Spain played well.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

You think Ronaldo's been the player of the tournament so far?

Two terrible games followed by two good ones?

Probably Iniesta for me - sublime in pretty much every game.

I think Portugal will qualify tonight. Then get hammered by Germany in the final

                I'd also say Ronaldo.

Though he was average in the first couple of games - He pretty much defeated the Czechs on his own. It was an awesome performance.

He is still a complete c*nt mind you.

                      Yeah, Iniesta has been great.

But as Buttso says, Ronaldo has been a one-man team at times.

Portugal are pretty boring in a way - just defend and give it to Ronaldo. It's like Holland and the way they rely on Robben, but Ronaldo is better. Spain play more of a team game so it's harder for anyone to stand out, even Iniesta.

So maybe I should say Ronaldo's performances have been the most spectacular.

Yes, he is. He definitely, definitely, definitely is. Changing his hairstyle at half time - what a vain pillock.

                        Negredo starts instead

I'm a bit worried. Every Spain game so far I've been indifferent and they've won. Now I really want them to win because Portugal are a bunch of greasy haired cunts.

Spain have now been allowed to wear black armbands in memory of Miki Roque.
