Can't stand ITV's adverts so it's the Beeb for me.
    Are we winning?

BBC & Vialli for me - his tone is still like a warm embrace.

Then I'll make my mind on the commentary.

If it's Jon Champion or Clive Tyldsley, the Beeb is the lesser of two evils.

Just switched over to see this. How can any of you watch Hansen and Shearer after this tactical insight from Rafa?

"What has Balotelli done on the international stage?" asks Alan Shearer. Errr, hes 21 and got his team into the Euro finals mate.

I read heard him say that too.

It turns out "a **** load more than Shearer did at the start of his international career" would also be an appropriate answer.

Shearer 5 goals in his first 17 matches
Ballotelli 4 goals in his first 13 matches.

I hate to say it but Hansen has really slipped as a pundit. His opinions are just so lazy these days. Vialli asked him what it would be like to defend against a side like Spain as a central defender - was fascinated to hear his answer, but he just bumbled on about something different. What a shame.

BBC should look at revamping the setup at Match of the Day. Vialli is class - they should get him on board. I think Linekar is a good anchor as well.

Plus shearer was also 2 months shy of his 26th birthday before he scored his 6th goal for his country.

Mario may be a nutter and may be a liability with red cards but I'm convinved he will score more times for Italy than Al did for England (38 for the record).
