The spanish deserved to win because theyve been the best team and gone through most of the.tournament in second gear. the mark of a great team is being able to turn it on at will and their first half display was just sensational.
Italy arent a great side but theyre no mugs either because theyve deservedly got to the final. Spain just played them off the park. For an international team theyve got an unbelievable understanding between themselves. they look and play like a top notch club side as opposed to a good international side.
