    One thing which was telling imo was that we did not bow to his demands when Spurs came in. We were happy to let him go. However, we did appear to increase the bid for Allen from £12m to £15 in order to land him. You could argue that the club wanted Allen more than Sigurdsen.

    In short, we haven't got a clue.

                      Not sure if that's the case.

                      He openly said that he wants to stay even he would only play for Barca B.

                      I think we tried but if the player is unwilling not sure we could do anything in the end.

                      That said, what I do have a problem with with that we could have gone for another youngster Deulofeu after we found out that Tello loan attempt failed.

                      That kid can play and he could make an impact for us right now.
