Ooh-Ah-Saidiee is not at Sterling/Walcott speeds. However, he has a quick burst over 5-10 yards that would probably beat most defenders. Its the speed of thought over those yards that make him impressive (and appear quicker) as he will usually know what to do when his turbo-boost button has run out in those vital seconds.

His fitness is amazing though. Pacheco looked dead aftr 60 mins of hard graft and I was expecting Assaidi to suffer the same fate. (Say it quietly, does he have the shush Ronaldo's shush about him?)
    One tit for another.

Although im not sure you should be compiling scouting reports on individual players for our opponents to analyze
Hey Mostar can you create a Downing one make him look amazing? Perhaps play his goal 50 times from different angles and how he listens to instructions (like when to walk off after being substituted).
      Was muß, das muß.

But is he as fast as Suso?

Oussama Assaidi sets sights on claiming regular Liverpool FC starting spot

LIVERPOOL FC winger Oussama Assaidi has set his sights on challenging for a regular starting spot at Anfield.

The 24-year-old Morocco international is loving life with the Reds following his £2.5million switch from Dutch outfit Heerenveen this summer.

Assaidi followed up a promising debut away to Young Boys in the Europa League last month with a fine performance in the Reds’ League Cup triumph at West Brom.

That earned him a Premier League bow as a second-half substitute against Norwich City and he started at Anfield for the first time in last week’s defeat to Udinese.

Assaidi was also introduced late on in last Sunday’s stalemate with Stoke City and he believes he’s rapidly coming to terms with the demands of English football.

“I didn’t play a game for a long time but with every match I’m feeling fitter and stronger,” he said.

“My debut went well against Young Boys and then against West Brom it was great to play the pass for Nuri Sahin to score the winner.

“I’m very happy that the manager has given me some minutes and it’s been a good start for me here.

“I have to keep impressing him and make sure that I show my qualities every time the coach picks me. I will give everything for the club.

“Everyone has made me feel very welcome and I want to be a success. The other competitions are very important as well but every player wants to be playing in the Premier League games.

“The fans here are brilliant and the atmosphere in the stadium is very special.”

Left-footer Assaidi, who has jumped above Stewart Downing in the pecking order in recent weeks, is also competing with Suso, Raheem Sterling and Fabio Borini for one of the wide roles in Liverpool’s three-pronged attack.

“We have a lot of quality here,” Assaidi added.

“That has been shown by the fact without the first XI we have beaten teams like Young Boys and West Brom.

“I need to keep working hard and then whenever I get some minutes I’ll try to do my best.

“How the coach wants to play here is the way I like to play as well. In Holland I also played 4-3-3 and I’m enjoying working with him.”

                          .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Outstanding. And it doesn't matter who you're playing against, that control and pass at 2mins takes some class.

Have a good feeling about him.

We will miss him as he'll be gone for African Cup of Nations in mid January.
