We managed to rectify it, though, because it now says, "Cook" where it once said "Cock", and "Pass" where it once said "Piss", so it’s slightly less rude.
Did you speak with Xabi Alonso before you decided to come here?
Yes, of course. A lot of times. Xabi is a person who really cares about football. He's in love with football. I'm the same, and that's why we had a lot of conversations. When I arrived at Real Madrid, we spoke about German football and Italian football. He likes football! When he heard Liverpool were interested in me, he started telling me about Liverpool. He is still in love with Liverpool Football Club, I think! It's crazy how he was telling me about Liverpool. He was saying, 'Go there, you will love it. The fans will take care of you and love you' and things like that. He said Anfield is the best stadium in the world. Xabi won a lot of trophies here, and hopefully we can do that too.
Any pics of the doc with his fingers up Nuri's arse yet?

Nuri Sahin has revealed how he was present for one of the biggest nights of Liverpool Football Club's history in Istanbul.
Our new No.4, who signed a season-long loan deal with the Reds today, was at the Ataturk Stadium as Rafael Benitez's side came from three goals down to beat AC Milan on penalties in the 2005 Champions League final.
Sahin takes up the story: "I know a lot about Liverpool Football Club - I know it is a very big club with a huge history, with big players and big trophies. When they won the biggest trophy in 2005, I was in the stadium in Istanbul. It was my first taste of Liverpool.
"That year, I won the European U17 Championship with Turkey, so we were invited by the Turkish Football Federation to watch the game.
"We were sitting near to where the Liverpool fans were and it was just a crazy, crazy night. It was then I saw what football and Liverpool Football Club means to the people."
At least he isn't buttering it up as a reason for the move....

Can we confirm a purchase clause or no purchase clause? Aside from Arsenal fan tweets, any real/ credible statement about this? If he pans out, this could be massive for the future.

Wasn't going near this thread til he passed his medical.More twists and turns in this ****er than the big one in Blackpool.
chuffed he's here now though
Taken a while hasn't it, think that's been the longest medical in LFC history.
He's finally here now - can't wait to see him play.

I highly doubt there is a clause. I'm sure Jose Mourinho sees him as a very important part of Madrids future. He has some injuries so I'm sure he sees this as a way of getting Sahin back to regular playing time and back to his best. I'd be shocked if there was a buy out clause and I seriously doubt Sahin would be happy about it too.

Sounds like he loves Dortmund too and if it doesn't work out at Madrid I wouldn't be surprised if he went back.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
