Borussia Dortmund have received more than half a million ticket applications for the Champions League final against Bayern Munich, the Bundesliga club said on Monday
Borussia, who have an average home attendance of around 80,000, said 502,567 fans had applied for tickets online before Sunday's deadline.
"It's absolutely crazy," said the club, adding that a draw would be made to determine who would get the 24,042 tickets the club has been allocated for the match on May 25.

What I find really shocking is the lack of tickets given to the competing teams, 24,042 tickets for Dortmund and I'd guess Bayern have the same give or take gives you 48k or so tickets to the sides playing in a stadium that holds 90k!
