That VDV one surprises me. I thought he was doing well at Spurs.

I think he had great periods (first season in particular) but as has happened at all his clubs so far in his career he faded and started to be less influential. He was at his best playing of Crouch, which was obviously not something he's been able to do lately for Spurs.
