I think Chelsea have checked out. I wouldn't be surprised to see both Leeds and Everton take points off them. Especially Leeds a few days before the cup final

I think your point around the timing of the Leeds game is a really good one - I do think Leeds will likely have an easier game against Chelsea than Everton will this weekend, as Chelsea still need to secure 3rd place

Burnley have to beat Watford, if they don't it's a massive opportunity for Everton, for them Watford, Brentford and Palace are massive games, but of the 3 only Watford have anything to play for. Brentford have reached the 'magic 40 pts' Palace aren't far off, so could be on the beach
