Agree about the attitude.Originally posted by Robbie-9-Fowler View PostI'm not saying we should, just that it wouldn't bother me much at all. I got the impression he'd played a few games, done okay and thought he'd made it already. If he's on loan and progressing and growing up then fine, but at the minute that attitude is better away from the club, we've got some good younger players that don't need that.
Both Rodgers and McParland were saying something similar whereby you only say you're a Liverpool player when you've played a load of games for the first team.We come not to play.

Do we know that he has an attitude problem or are you basing all of this on that one aberration with Suarez?Originally posted by Robbie-9-Fowler View PostI'm not saying we should, just that it wouldn't bother me much at all. Regardless, he is 4th place in the pecking order. We do not need him. He is standing in the way of the youth system and other players coming through. He should go.Originally posted by Pepe79 View PostDo we know that he has an attitude problem or are you basing all of this on that one aberration with Suarez?

Robinson? He's a 19 year old fullback who's certainly got the tools to make it, more so than most we've seen coming through the ranks in years.
Telling Luis what he thought on the pitch IMO is fine, it's football you say what you think in the heat of the moment and then it's forgotten about

4th? I think he would have been 3rd behind Enrique and Johnson but if he's out on loan and grows up a bit he could turn into a good player for us.Originally posted by Assassin View PostWe should get rid. That incident was a big part of my opinion, the Gerrard interview and the fact he's out on loan make me think it's probably about right.Originally posted by Pepe79 View PostDo we know that he has an attitude problem or are you basing all of this on that one aberration with Suarez?
I think we've handled it pretty well but I just can't get my head round a youth player because that's all he is. Telling a senior player, who happens to also be our best player to **** off after he's made a mistake that everyone could see.Vive la France

Telling him to **** off though? I agree a player telling a player how it is, is part of the game but the situation didn't call for it at all, in fact an apology for shooting when it was the completely wrong decision is what I'd have expected personally. At worst, turn round and jog into position.Originally posted by rcasemore View Post

we don't really know what Luis said to him, having an attitude on the pitch doesn't mean he has an attitude away from it

My comments on Jack before Oldham...
Originally posted by RedReet View PostI think he's a good player too, but I can't understand why so many people have him rated so far ahead of our other young FB's. My theory is because he's had less first team exposure and less chance to **** up, so going on his reserve form and reputation, people assume he's better.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Suarez is hardly blameless in all this either. He would have had a shot too in Robinson's position. Can't be easy for a young player playing with Suarez, Players know when they make mistakes and just want to forget about it, but getting a constant bollocking in front of friends and family can't be easy for a young lad. But if they are gonna be good enough to play for us, they need to learn to dust themselves off, learn from their mistakes and get on with it.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
