Interesting. Looks a good player, much more of an undiscovered gem than many that are mentioned.

Will be one of the more intriguing aspects of the next two transfer windows to see if we go for bargain signings or better known ones. The best examples of how the former can do work are Wisdom, Suso and Sterling all bought in form small amounts from lesser teams (am I right in thinking all by Rafa?).

im sure there are a few more names and links you lads can throw into the mix.
it doesnt matter if they are a virtual unknown world beater, or a sizzler from a lower club that will become a world beater in a couple of years.

          get them added

Aluko is absolutely class for City, scored twice already today.

I don't think the first 3 on your list would be affordable Baitman.

And Mertens is 25 now, so I think he is just a star. Not rising.

i stuck them on to get the thread started and they we mentioned elsewhere, so were were fresh in my mind. nto too much like fantasy football, 50m for falcoa, etc, but would be ****ing great though, eh

im sure there are some decent players that would add to the team. what about the burnley brickie...

Fantastic, I never thought I'd see Aluko mentioned on a Liverpool forum

He was an Aberdeen player for years and was really patchy, he has some skills on him, and can run at pace - but there's a reason he ended up at Aberdeen - he has never been consistent. He is maybe about 10% of a Liverpool player, no better than Ecclestone.

He tore Bayern Munich (de Michelis and van Buyten) to shreds in Aberdeen's 2007 UEFA Cup home match. That ended up 2-2, best performance I had seen from an Aberdeen player in years.

                            But a Liverpool player? No.Where.Near
