That too.Originally posted by -V- View PostNo, its the best squad of players they have ever had. By a long way obviously
They'll never be great while they have players like Milner, Barry, Sinclair, Balotelli (headcase) and of course Mancini and his decision making will hold them back too.Vive la France

Loads on the pitch around Ferdinand.
I wonder if they'll be able to find out who threw the 'on target' one, by means of slow mo/frame by frame of the coin, but working backwards....or rewinding from Rios head back to the crowd and the hand of the sharp eyed sure shot culprit.
But then, aren't they all as guilty as eachother anyway ? it's not his fault he's a better aim, they should all be equally punished imo.
Imagine if 5 or 6 had hit him around the face in the way that one did, nasty, would have been an odd sight though eh, painfull too i'd imagine.
Aye, lucky he was really, thinking about it.Last edited by Vermilion; 09-12-12, 11:31 PM.

I tend to agree, they all threw coins with the intention of doing damage. Every one of them were trying to do what the one fella achieved.Originally posted by Vermilion View Post

what a shame they didn't all hit him. Why should players like him feel they can do what they want when they want and have no comeback? He acted like a **** and the paying public gave their natural reaction. Good on them.Originally posted by Robbie-9-Fowler View PostI tend to agree, they all threw coins with the intention of doing damage. I don't like Ferdinand, but he's not in the wrong - it's the fans.
If I had 40 odd thousand folk calling me every name under the sun for 90 minutes and my team grabbed a 91st minute winner, I'd be celebrating like a mad man too.
On the flip-side, I thought Neville was a cunt for doing it in our direction (a while back). Whilst it made me angry, I didn't think to throw anything at him though - much like I wouldn't throw something at somebody in the street that I thought was a cunt.
