Is what he said there any worse then what fat Sam said?

You went through the trouble of trawling through my posts, to try and start an argument for absolutely no reason and your comparison is awful. Actually why would you even bother to do that? It's pathetic
I wasn't trying to start an argument and I wasn't trawling your posts. I read the post about our players about a minute before I read your post on Gibbs - I couldn't help noticing the stark contrast.

Double standards may have more negative connotations than intended but just take it at face value, the difference in tone is clearcut.

The main thing here though was I wasn't being all that serious, just pointing out an example of why it's hard to take your earnest assessments on football quite as seriously as you mean.

          Anyway...

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

Sir Alex Ferguson blasts assistant referee after Manchester United held by Spurs

"The stand-side linesman never gave us a thing all day," Ferguson told Sky Sports. "For me, it was a poor performance by him.

"Why he never saw the penalty kick on Wayne Rooney and some of the other decisions...

"I think he had a shocking game today. I'm disappointed in his performance, I really am. I think he had a bad game."
            Sir Alex Ferguson

"We remember him well from the Chelsea game (last season) when (Didier) Drogba was three yards offside and he gave him onside.
