He's signed about 20 odd players in the short time he's been there. To justify it all he needs promotion and even that looks unlikely.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

After posting losses of £65.4m, QPR could face a fine of £47m if they are promoted this season.
It is as backward a rule as it is docking points for entering administration.

However, it's no real surprise they are up ****-creek because ...

Its a stupid rule because they are being penalised by Football League rules for something that happened when they were in PL and such spendining rules did not apply.

It's a bit ridiculous to fine them.

Dock them points, demote them, ban them from the transfer market. Sure.

But by fining them you can only make things worse.

That's not there for the protection of club, that's there to line the football leagues pockets.

Also agree with above, it is a bit silly the football league can penalise them for spending carried out in the PL. Surely it should be exempt as out of their jurisdiction?

That being said, it is a ridiculous amount of money spent.

QPR chairman Tony Fernandes says it is "not critical" for the club to win promotion back to the Premier League this season despite their £177.1m debt.
Rangers, who are fourth in the Championship, lost £65.4m as they were relegated last season.

"Achieving promotion this season is not critical to our long-term strategy, but remains our short-term goal," he said.

"If we fail, the support is there and there is no need for any more advances to build a squad."
He added: "We are now in a position where we can work with what we have, and raise capital to invest in the squad by selling players who are not part of the manager's plans."

If she was transgender she'd consider that a slur equivalent to the n-word if she was black.

Personally I really appreciate how this site has a very low tolerance of discrimination whether that may be racist, homophobic, sexist etc.

Was watching the paper review this morning on sky and there was a story on Harry Redknapp and how he allowed his players to make there own way up last week for their away mid-week game V Sheff Wed,which Qpr lost 3-0,after the match Redknapp had a go at his players saying there was no team spirit etc,the players all rounded on him saying it was his fault and his idea to allow them to make there way up to Sheffield on there own..so long Harry

Seems Harry is set for some more wheeling and dealing

,Redknapp wants Ferdinand, Lampard, Barry and Cole (x2)
Harry Redknapp was straight back into action on Saturday night after he lead QPR into the Premier League.
I understand Redknapp wants to lure out-of-contract veterans such as Rio Ferdinand, Joe Cole, Gareth Barry, Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole to Loftus Road next season.
In what is set to be Redknapp’s final year as a top-flight manager he feels bringing in older star players - with no fees but big wages - is the best way to stabilise a club which has debts of £117million and keep them in the Premier League.

Rich about training from Redknapp, doesn't turn up to sessions himself for the most part.
