Yep, Cesar is a quality shot stopper no doubt at all. Kept QPR in this fight in the last couple of games, and again today.

Yeah, if he had a bit more composure he would be some player.

He has some pair of feet on him! Keeps the ball in really tough situations and makes space for himself effortlessly. He's a really exciting player and I wouldn't be surprised to see a big side take a chance on him come the summer.

It was only the other week he was finding slide rule passes for fun, he's frustrating yes but he definitely has the ability. He looks like he's never been coached, as if coaches have always left him to do his own thing. If he could grow up a bit he'd be a great little player. But I agree at the moment he lacks intelligence but he's certainly exciting to watch.
