Apparently Europol have been a bit liberal with their language. The game was investigated. But so were 360 odd others. The reason this one was is because another game in the group when Debrecen played Fiorentina, 2 players were caught and banned for it.

It seems like its been put out to try and garner more headlines than it would have gotten before.
