He is a true difference maker for them.

They'll really miss him next year.

AVB is doing a very good job IMO. Just shows what a joke Chelsea are.

Spurs piss me off. They have ideas above their station.
          3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Imo he had already well established squad before he arrived and Bale really stepped up this season.

In addition, they had quite bit of luck on their side and a lot of close games went into their favor.

I think to be honest Spurs are where we want to be at the moment and they'll take some catching, certainly this season.

If Bale does leave that will be a game changer though.

It will but they will have a load of money to get in maybe 2 quality players.

They will but you'd expect the dynamic of the side to change as well, for me losing him will hurt a lot.

Not 100% he will go though

Rafa not startig Mata today, I know its a squad game and all that but he's their best player and he badly needs a win. Strange decision to say the least.

You have to laugh. I know it ****s a hell of a lot of people off but I admire it - he could not give a flying **** what anyone else thinks, no matter how frenzied the likely reaction he sticks to what he thinks is right. Takes immense bottle and courage in your convictions. I mean...he hasn't even got a future there yet he's still thinking about the future by resting Mata. He's a ****in nutter

Yeah, that is a strange decision. You'd have expected him to have gone with the strongest 11 as if it doesn't work he'll get crucified for leaving him and Ba out.

You would expect this 11 to have enough about them though

Chelsea: Cech, Azpilicueta, Ivanovic, Cahill, Cole, Luiz, Ramires, Oscar, Lampard, Hazard, Torres. Subs: Turnbull, Mata, Ferreira, Marin, Ba, Benayoun, Bertrand

                          .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

They said on the radio that Mata has "a cold" and that's the reason he's only on the bench.

Nonsense. There is no reason for Benitez's decision. He's irrational.
