Just look at what Gomez did in that side last year, I do like Manzukic but you feel and good striker would return fantastic stats for them.

Gomez was awful at the Euro's and I think he was/is massively overrated, I'd have loved for Chelsea to spunk £40m on him

I always thought that about gomez,technically average and cumbersome but he has some goals tally, pure poacher. Season to forget for him this year though. Mandzukic has come out of nowhere really.

Yeah but with both players you feel like they just work because of how good the side is and how dominant they usually are. Stick either of them in our side for example and they'd be no better than Giroud IMO.

Here's hoping Suarez isn't interested when they come knocking.

IMO with gomez's goals record i can give hoe **** he looks at times. I did used to think that he was an absolute ****ebag but the ****er just kept scoring. Injured at start of season for bayern and just has had a mare.
