Nah the best one was a while back

"I hope Celtic get someone good"

        "Like who?"

"Liverpool. I'd like to see Celtic get Liverpool"

"You want to see Liverpool against Celtic?"

        "Yeah"

"In the Champions League? This season?"

"Yeah, why not. It'd be a brilliant game"

"So Liverpool. Against Celtic. Champions League knockout draw. This season"

        "Yeah"

"Liverpool aren't in the Champions League"

"Oh.......................... Still, I meant it would be good. Y'know.."

Fowler was 'welcomed aboard' the other day, he did a commentary for them, not sure if he'll continue, they way they talked it was like was joing some top elusive club of all knowing experts.

Wish there was a real 24hr alternative to Talk Spite, none of the tabloid ****e but still with some of the fun, lightheartedness and superb guests they often get, but without the spitefull fan baiting sensationalist tripe.

BR is becoming quite the regular with Brazil and Irani too, in comparison to other managers anyway. Suppose he's playing the media game, modern football and all that, and Carra ended up mates with Durham.

That Carragher vs Durham exchange was funny as. Durham is clearly a WUM and he knows it but his show is entertaining.

Ditching the Ian Collins show was a poor choice.

And then there's Quinn, Hawksby and Jacobs.

His smugness is quite nauseating and I always imagine punching him in the head and knocking him spark out, which funnily enough makes listening to him entertaining.

Unfortunately, that is exactly what makes it so successful.

You can tell they don't even believe their own bull****, they will say ANYTHING if they think it'll get all the lines buzzing away filled with pissed off fans.

Weird, it used to be such a good station - I've been on there 3 times and it was great fun. Wouldn't bother now as they just get your back up, let you say one thing and then cut you off while they verbally bitchslap you.

It's a shame, as sometimes they have some great interviews, often with players from the past, telling great stories of their playing days and characters around at the same time as them, not sensationalist ****e, just honest and sometimes moving accounts of certain events.

Shame they feel the need to act like tabloidish ****e in their general approach though, as with most of their presenters nowadays.

Keys and Gray () did a really good interview with Craig Johnston a while back.

But Talksport is basically a red top radio station, probably like listening to The Sun.
