No. What I mean is that I'd rather they lost and stayed in the National League. I don't feel like going to Wembely to celebrate something that I don't want, and if they were to lose it would be deflating and an expensive outing

I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

It’s all about you after all
I know a Watford fan & we were talking when they were in the Prem & he said he preferred it when they were playing in the championship as they were competitive & tickets were cheaper.

To be fair, I never hid that my reasoning was selfish! They are the club closest to where I grew up, I've been going since the 1980s and go with my Dad. Crowds have got bigger but the external infrastructure hasn't altered. I go with my 85yr old Dad and we're now parking a distance away thar troubles him. Coupled with the new fan element who are always no-it-all without knowing anything really and the experience is changing to a point that I might consider not renewing my season ticket.
I have Liverpool as the team I'm emotionally invested in, Bromley is meant to be fun. Promotion to the league would mean a few extra cup games so regular exposure to League One teams but the league campaign will be a slog. I'd rather rip up the National League and fall at the final hurdle. Failing to gain promotion would be forgotten instantly (by me) and I could look forward to winning the majority of home games next season along with the joy shared with my family.
So yeah, come on Solihull!

I have no fear. You guys forget I come from a land where everything is trying to bite you or eat you. I was walking a coastal footpath yesterday & a brown snake around 2m long crossed my path, it glanced my way & I said not today big fella, not today.Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.
