How is this game going to go, in every aspect? We all know what happened in 1995 (makes me feel very old).
Anyway I have seen / read in news outlets this week.. they the FA have been asking English fans not to sing the "No Surrender" songs.

To be fair, I had never thought about this before such rhetoric, Is this just another case of the national media stoking the fire, a fire that would normally be just anglo Irish banter?

But now of course Some folk are going to the game expecting untoward relationships, because thanks to some of our media outlets, the gullible layman has had an impression of doom ironed to their social grey matter?

If the FA really did it, it's not a moment too soon. England fans singing No Surrender is like German fans singing Deutschland Über Alles. I imagine not everyone singing it knows all the connotations but it's inappropriate and objectionable.

Aye, it's all families at Wembley now. I'd have said there would be more chance of something going on if it was away. The idiots are more vocal then, plus percentage wise they make up a bigger slice.
