It is not about the manager. We must sign up a top class DoF. Someone that is respected by almost everyone.

Someone that know the transfer market and the top class players know that he is the real deal.

Someone they know will take the club back to the top.

We made a very big mistake when we turned down Van Gaal IMO. A very very big mistake.

We should have let him build up the club from top to bottom.

If only Liverpool were in Japan.

It's never going to happen though.
        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Sorry. Did I miss something. By all accounts the player wants to come here. So what difference would Van Gaal have made unless he knows the dodgy owner of Henrikh?

We should have got in Joe Kinnear. That was a big mistake. A very big mistake. A very, very big, big mistake.

Henrikh is owned by a doggy?

Apparently he has a cock the size of an elephants trunk and a pair of balls so big and heavy they could be attached to cranes to demolish buildings. Not sure if that would help complete the deal or not.

That is the point. Van Gaal have connections all over the world. It is a big chance that he know someone that is a good friend with the dodgy owner.

We have Ayre. How many connections in the world of football do you think he got compared to Van Gaal?

Why do you think City signed up two top class DoF if it isn't a key position?

I meant the city of Liverpool and I was using a particular grammatical construction to reference the unreal, in this case a wish. If I had meant LFC I would have said LFC. But, as ever...

                          Thanks, Tee.

If City would have signed up the two spanish guys before the 2012 summer transfer window then Van Persie would most probably signed for City instead of United and they would IMO again won the league.

That is how important that position is.

You're right. Ayre's lack of Ukrainian mafia links is going to be a very big problem for us. We need a respected DoF who has better links to the mob, gangsters and other elements of organised crime or we're never going to be able to compete.

I'd say that if we don't soon appoint a mobster connected DoF we can say goodbye to Champions League for a long long time and that would be a big mistake.
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

We should have appointed Tony Soprano. But now he is dead which is a very big mistake, especially by him.
