Think the facebook page is his official facebook page, but probably isn't run by him. Not turning up to a training camp. Suspect him and his agent are engineering some sort of move. Whether or not it is to us is the question.

Nothing to worry about his facebook comments I would say, he is only stressing he is in a contract and nothing has happened yet, which we all know. This is a standard comment for a player under contract.

"Professional players have rules in life and I'm obliged to respect them.

"I promise that you will hear any news first on my Facebook page or the official club website."

He's not saying that he isnt going anywhere or doesn't want to he is simply respecting his club.

Shakhtar Donetsk admit they are unsure of Henrikh Mkhitaryan's whereabouts, but insist they have had no contact with Liverpool.

The Armenia international is reported to figure prominently on Brendan Rodgers' wish list, as he attempts to bring goals and creativity into Anfield.

It was suggested that an agreement was close and that Mkhitaryan was on his way to England to discuss a deal.

The 24-year-old playmaker was quick to play down those rumours, insisting he was enjoying a well-earned summer break, and Shakhtar maintain that they have received no approach.

The Ukrainian outfit have, however, revealed that Mkhitaryan is yet to report back for pre-season training - fanning the transfer flames.

Shakhtar's general manager Sergey Palkin said: "Mkhitaryan has not appeared for training. We do not know if he will arrive in the near future. He will be fined."

On the ongoing move talk, Palkin added: "He has not had any contact with Liverpool. I am confident that reports of negotiations are just rumours. Liverpool have not made an enquiry about the player.

"We have not heard that Mkhitaryan wants to leave. All questions about his behaviour need to be addressed to him."

I don't believe them. They've bought two replacements for him. I think it's typical BS and posturing from a selling club - similar to what we're doing with Reina.

Yep blatantly. Clubs release these sorts of statements all the time. Fact he hasn't turned up for their training camp and the FB posting the other day makes it pretty clear that he wants to leave. Echo have said that LFC have been negotiating for him so have the BBC. Good enough for me

They've had contact ffs Trying to sort out a the fee's with agents, we knew about this before we even went after the player. Not too dissimilar to the Aspas situation apart from this lot being a bit more greedy, no other sides are actually in for him either so we're in no rush.

                  Suarez too probably.

Donetsk's standpoint would be more valid if they admitted contact. The fact they're lying through their teeth means they're trying to keep future target values down. He's agreeing a deal somewhere (hopefully with us) and the threat of fining him is just posturing.

I don't understand why clubs do that - there's no shame in selling a player for a good fee when you've already replaced him.

They may want to strengthen in other positions too. Selling clubs will now expect more from Donetsk if they find out Henry is definitely going for a big fee.

I always get nervous when players we are chasing pull bull**** tactics on their club to force a move for the simple reason, if he willing do it to them he will be willing to do it us.

                            They'd all do it man.

I mean...Suarez is getting slagged off by a good portion of the fanbase, yet every one of us wants us to sign HM, a player who's not turned up to his team's training camp. We're all fickle, we're all hypocrites.
