I didn't think Cascarino did too badly considering he was never going to be able to debate against Syed. Ok, so his thoughts in response weren't expressed coherently but at least he made a couple of valid, if insubstantial, points.
The presenters though were terrible. The gap between White's cocksure style and aimless drivel was wider than ever, surpassed only by the one seemingly between Gallacher's ears.
Syed was great, and it was just so weird to see someone so intelligent, impassioned and articulate on SSN. I could have done without his attempt to say something nice about Chelsea at the end but you can't have everything and he does have a career to look after.
. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
