Yeah...well it's just one option. Could leave Aspas out, bring Sturridge in, have them all rotating fluidly (I don't like Suarez stuck out wide - being stationed there is not the same as drifting out there). Luis Alberto in the mix too - can play as a 10, wide left or a false 9 (so we're told).....we have options at least.Originally posted by Kenneth View PostHarsh to leave Sturrridge out though. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Liverpool FC make £22million bid for Atletico Madrid's Diego Costa

Offer triggers the Brazil international's 25million Euros release clause
LIVERPOOL have submitted a £21.8million bid for Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa.
The offer triggers the Brazil international's 25million Euros release clause and the Reds are now awaiting a response from the Spanish outfit.
Another attacking option has been top of boss Brendan Rodgers' summer wish list and he believes the 24-year-old fits the bill.
Costa is not viewed by Liverpool as a potential replacement for Luis Suarez, whose future at Anfield is uncertain. The Reds remain determined to keep hold of the Uruguayan frontman. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Never seen him play other than the obligatory youtube clips but this seems legit, reported by the Echo, Guardian, Express and BBC so there is something in this and shows a sign of intent something which people have been questioning the longer the transfer window has gone on. He looks an absolute lunatic, he's makes Suarez look cuddly and likeable in comparison but his fight and desire can't be questioned.
I'm not sure where he would fit in with the likes of Sturridge but another attacking player on the books drives another nail into Downings coffin with any luck.
Lets hope we can get this done quickly then get the nutcase from Greece sorted so we can literally fight our way back to the topKurtangled in the McFadden thread 16/01/08
