Its so hard to feel anything for the England team these last ten years or so.

Wilshere looks bright, massive player for arsenal IF he stays fit.

I can't see us qualifying with Bodge in charge so I think it is an absolute given than he will be given the boot

Dunno, he seems to be really highly regarded after his time with Neuchatel Xamax, Owebwo and the Swiss national team.

He speaks 5 languages you know

Who would they get to take the poison chalice that is the England managers job? The golden generation that promised so much have dwindled away and the young players don't fit Roy's pub football style. They need a forward thinking manager who will take the side forward. I'll be honest, I've no idea who would even want a go at this gig

Redknapp would take it at the drop of a hat.

                      Just turned the game on
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

He's brilliant, about the only player that looks comfortable in possession in the England side.

Rooney is rusty and Gerrard has never been the kind of player he's trying to be, too deep and its just not his game to sit there keeping it simple.

None of Walcott, Welbeck or Walker are great at keeping possession, they are pacey impact players. Cleverly on the other hand can't even offer that.

If they could get Carrick, Gerrard and Wilshere together it would look much better IMO, I think Sturridge is obviously a better option than Welbeck too.

One day the Tom Cleverley myth will fall apart and people will realise he is bang average.

                              Welbeck too.

Surely Carrick and Sturridge will take their place.

There's no point in trying to be rational, England are managed by Roy Hodgson
