It's remarkable how **** he was when we were linked with him under Kenny. Incredible what a half-decent 45 minutes can do for your career.

Seen him several times before he joined Chelsea and was never impressed. Seems to be exactly the same, good technically and does nothing wrong as such... but doesn't really do much else.

As wiw said, it's a shame that we missed out on Costa and / or Mhktayrian. They do look the business.
