Yeah, he's a pretty boy diving tosser that loves himself waaaay to much.

But...it seems he's a pretty decent bloke, and a phenomenal fotballer. My hate for him comes from the fact that he played for those Manchester ****houses.

Was obviously inevitable, but Messi is now the top scorer in Barca's history. Incredible player.

If you were picking a 5-a-side team and didn't know who he was, there is no chance you'd pick the wee runt.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

On Monday evening it emerged that Tata Martino could be leaving Barcelona at the end of the season, according to Esport3.

A press conference will reportedly be held soon, announcing the future of Tata Martino.

With a clause in his contract, it’s reported that Martino could become Argentina manager after the World Cup.

The Argentinian manager joined Barcelona last summer but his side currently lie 3rd in La Liga with rumours of dressing room

It was a strange few minutes for Barcelona fans as news spread quickly of Tata Martino’s summer exit, broken by Esport3.

Just minutes later Barcelona held a press conference and a board member denied the rumours.

Arroyo said ”Martino has decide to leave? We just heard that news report too, but we don’t know anything about it.

“There’s a clause allowing Tata to leave, but we talked to him and Zubizarreta and it’s false he decided to leave.”

...AS report that Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi is in line for a big payday as he commits to the club for what is likely to be the remainder of his career.
'250 million euros to keep Messi' reads the headline beneath a picture of the smiling Argentine, who has asked for 25 million euros (just under £21million) net per year to stay at the Nou Camp.

                    I am.

But does anybody hate how Sky has everybody calling this match 'El Classico'?

Real Madrid: Lopez; Carvajal, Ramos, Pepe, Marcelo; Xabi, Modrić, Di Maria; Bale, Benzema, Ronaldo.

Barcelona: Valdés; Alves, Piqué, Mascherano, Alba; Xavi, Busquets, Cesc; Neymar, Messi, Iniesta.
Looks like Barcelona are going to focus on ball retention rather than the direct play of Sanchez or Pedro.

I thought that was what it was called.

                          In Spain maybe.

Did anybody call it that here 5 years ago?

Sky have used the term for over a decade.

Atletico Madrid won 2-0 away to Real Betis. Gabi and Diego Costa got the goals, so there's more pressure on Barcelona to win. I can't see Real Madrid dropping too many points from their remaining fixtures.

But it probably wasn't shown here half as much 5 years ago. (was it?)

It's an interesting point though, I wonder if the Spaniards say Merseyside Derby - I wouldn't say I hate it though.

It was definitely on in 2004 on Sky (Real and Barca games).
