They've bought an excellent player but at the detriment of the entire team IMO. There are so many problem area's in Arsenals team that Ozil will not fix all their problems.

Absolutely. Quality player (overpaying though) but their issue has not really been in the creative department. They're still in trouble if Giroud gets injured and have major issues at the back and in goal. Seems to me like they've just made a big signing to appease their fans but really lack an overall squad improvement plan.

Newcastle will go down if Ben Arfa can't stay fit, having watched their first few games I'm quite sure of it. Their attack is pathetically static and uninventive, and their defence is crap. Race to the bottom between them, Fulham and West Brom, I'd give Cardiff and Hull even chances of staying up instead of any of those right now.

I left the office just before 10, all the blues going mad, switch on the tele at half 10 and theyve made three signings

I hate deadline day and I hate the way it's been given the full sky sorts treatment, it's made a mockery of the game imo and contribute big time to some of the financial issues in football

However some sick twisted part of me also can't get enough of it, I spend each one glued to the tele watching story after story repeat, clicking refresh on est and twitter etc etc
