September 2013 rankings. So a little harsh on France who would have played 2 fewer qualifying games to this point (being in the group of 5) and therefore fewer chances to amass points. Might not have made a difference but possible.

FWIW. Croatia, Portugal and Greece are 10, 11, 12
Sweden, France, Ukraine are 22, 25, 26

It seems they have counted this final round of matches too so the seedings change - Ukraine being the major beneficiary and Sweden and France losing out

I think Sweden is at least on a par with Ukraine so that is OK just not Portugal, we will have trouble with Ronaldo.
