I just love watching them, it's carnage of the highest order. He put Krychowiak at CB, they'll have him and Nzonzi during the season to play DM so should shore things up. Kono and Immobile will be starters too. Personally I think they'll be right up there for 4th, but yeah Emery does need to sort out the defence.

There's not a hell of a lot between Valencia, Atleti and Sevilla. Nuno and Simeone are cut from the same cloth. They're vicious, uncompromising individuals that hate losing more than anything. They had very good results against the big teams (I know that Valencia beat Atleti both times last season, but obviously when they're against eachother someone has to come off second best). They don't give a **** if the football is awful or if they have 2 players sent off in order to get the result. Unai, as we know is cut from a different cloth and the naivety will cost them IMO. Also if you look at the nucleus of quality Valencia and Atletico have it in their defenders, but we'll see. As I say there's not a much difference and there's a lot of class in all of their squads.Originally posted by danperkins View PostI just love watching them, it's carnage of the highest order. I think if Valencia hold onto Otamendi they will finish third (yes, he's that good). Atleti seem to have regressed a bit, but they have players like Greizmann whom on form can carry an entire team and Sevilla overall have the most firepower. If Immobile settles in to replace Bacca and Banega etc play to potential they're pretty much unplayable. Still think their central defenders are dodgy, mixed with Emery could end in tears.
