I think under the current system, to be HG you have to have been in an academy X long before a certain age. So Robertson doesn't count as he was in Scotland.

But to deny a British citizen employment in Britain, based on some kind arbitrary homegrown criteria doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to me, nor does it sound hugely legal.
He's on £2.5m a year as it is. Just totally ****ing disgusting. That dough could save a number of lower league clubs from going out of business, then you think of the absolute state grassroots football is in, and a whole load of other charitable stuff that could benefit from this sort of donation.
