In to these Ajax!! Can't be having a nothing club like Tottenham in a CL Final, takes a bit of the shine off, not that I wouldn't be going mad when we win it regardless. Plus, our supporters don't deserve to have to travel out there with a load of beauts chanting "yids" and "Oh when the Spurs..." at airports.

Ajax have some lunatics but overall a top set of support and European royalty.

It's been so long since I watched a game as a neutral I'm not sure how to take this.

Obviously hoping for Ajax. In the first leg I wanted Spurs to win through as they're playing muck but it's too much to risk and they'll be able to rest (which they desperately need) and get a few players back.

De Ligt really should have stopped Moura there, is there any chance that he's too young to be a starter for Barca in Europe?

He wasn't very good last night but he wasn't the only bottler out there.

None of them done the simple stuff properly and they seemingly had no idea how to control the game or play to the corners. It's about as naive a display as they could have put together. Shame they couldn't save it for the final.

I'm actually surprised he didn't step up and take on Llorente in the second half as opposed to almost sticking as a sweeper. They were getting killed by those balls all the time and it was clearly Spurs best chance of getting something.
Still young obviously, so probably experience counted against him but even then, when asked to do the same with Moura, he was very poor.


In full flight of attack, they'd have been trouble enough for us, but we'd have killed them over 90mins.
