Ohh I can make PDFs fine.

But I have to sign off drawings, so I print them A4, and then check and fax. The bloke who needs them sits next to the fax and get the copy instantly. Saves me going over to the scanner, waiting for that and then doing an email.

It's supposedly the structure of how the payments are made that is the problem.

If what that fella said the other day is true, we have £10m left to spend with regards to FFP (until the summer), so the other £5m or so will need to be paid over a period of time. Imagine that's what it all relates to.
