Anyone know how Everton doing poorly in the CL would affect England's coefficient and therefore England's right to 4 spots in the CL?

England are miles ahead of Italy at UEFA's association coefficient rankings.

I find it hard to hate this current Everton squad apart from Mirallas and Pienaar I think the rest of the team is quite ok.

I think Giroud is a good player. He has a great touch and can score. But he's slow as **** and need someone to feed off him to be really effective.
