Yeah it's crazy, about a month ago I thought it'd be because they were stuck in the Europa places, cant go lower, cant go higher so nothing to play for, as it turns out they'll probably have 4th wrapped up by then and be pissing themselves laughing as City knock in goal after goal. Hopefully still in our hands by then anyway.

Hopefully Arsenal will kick on with that goal.

Because I dont want Everton to be in a position where they can throw the City game and I'd much rather they got in the CL ahead of our local rivals anyway.

We need them to be there for Everton's sake. If Everton have 4th sealed up before the City game then a rollover will be fairly likely.

Everton have a tougher run in so you need Arsenal to drop a few points before that. I'm sure they will do well against City regardless of their situation.

An Arsenal draw is still a good result for Everton. At all costs, Arsenal have to ****ing drop out of Champions League.

Either way, we win all our games, we win it. Don't need any favours though we could use a few from our fellow Mersysiders

If City are dropping points, and Everton beat them it is not beyond the realms of possibility Everton could finish 3rd. They'll turn up whatever.
