You're shooting the other way, Antolin! A calamity own goal gets us up and running at St Mary's as Rickie Lambert floats in a lovely cross from the left and Antolin Alcaraz inexplicably gets in front of the player he's marking and, in attempting to put the ball out of play, steers the cross past Tim Howard at the near post. A sticky start for the Toffees.http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27156914Another calamity at the back and Everton's Champions League dreams are in tatters. Nathaniel Clyne breaks down the right and puts in a fairly routine cross which Seamus Coleman, perhaps put off by John Stones's leap in front of him, steers past his own keeper. Who should feel more embarrassed? Seamus or Antolin?Another MASSIVE game

There are a load of them. Couple of my mates were saying the same when they were actually in 4 th ahead of Arsenal. They wanted to lose v city and miss out on 4th rather than help us win titleOriginally posted by john316 View PostSome bitter fans even before this week were wanting City to beat them next week. This result will make that view spread amongst more of them now. What a twisted, ****ed up fanbase they have.

Depends on the mindset of the players. They're going to be playing for pride, but equally Lukaku, Baines, etc might be winding down for the World Cup ... the others might be on their summer holidays. Barkley looks confident that he's off to Brazil. Defelululuo looks like he's had enough and is ready to head back to Spain.Originally posted by Sarb View PostThey really arent going to do get anything v city are they?
I think I agree, we're going to have to do this ourselves. Which is fine by me.
