I've always imagined the mod lounge to look like that cafe the losers go to on The Apprentice. Apt.

ITV have announced Fabio Cannavaro, Andros Townsend and Gus Poyet as World Cup pundits. Beats Rio Ferdinand on the BBC.

Wio and Wobbie Savage on the BBC is a losing combination.

Is Martinez anywhere? He was brilliant in Euro 2012

I've got an empty album but haven't bought any stickers yet. I've done the last few tourneys and at the end felt very underwhelmed. When you tot it up it's over £100 to fill it and I definitely think I can put a ton to better use than buying ****ing stickers. They don't even smell like they used to.

50p per packet for 5 small stickers.

It used to be 20p for 5 small and 1 larger sticker for the team lineups.

also - as i kid it was great - saving up some pocket money and waiting for days to go and buy 3 packs and seeing what you got...

nowadays i don't think i'd have the patience....i'd go the shop and spend like £50 in one go on stickers, spend half our so sorting it all out and then get bored and bin it off

also i don't think i ever ever completed a set

i used to complete Liverpool's or England's squad and then **** it off

only thing i ever completed was the Italia 90 Esso coin collection....and that was only because of my grandad

Get on it! I've become all nostalgic and threw in ten packets during my big shop last night.

Why did you have to go tot it up, Shaggy!

I let MrsMuddled lose on the album last night and she's only gone and put some in skew-whiff.

I've got loads of swaps. My office is like a school playground at the moment.

Oh, and I have Ashley Cole as a swap. Ashley Cole that is not going to the World Cup.

Cannavaro should be good - couldn't care less on the opinion of Andros Townsend and I struggle at times to understand Poyet

I read that as Rio 'Beats' Ferdinand is on the BBC, but in the order it was written.

I like Poyet as a pundit. The England, Uruguay game is on ITV too, so there will be some mischief in the studio too.

Just having a browse through all the squads there, that France side looks very impressive... lots of young talent. Belgium & Columbia could be dark horses or win you a few quid. IMO England are the most balanced they have been in years but Hodgson in charge will probably negate that.

France's midfield power looks really imposing. Them and Ivory Coast potentially can be very imposing against weaker teams in the middle of the park. France though could be a powerhouse again for the Euros with the experience they'll pick up during this tournament.

I really like the way this world cup i set up. A lot of dark horses in France, Belgium, Columbia, Chile that on their day can beat anyone. Lot of young talent across all the sides in this world cup.

So many young potentials to watch out for Sterling, Barkley, Draxler, Digne, Ricardo Rodriguez, Pogba, Insigne, Heung-Min, Icardi, Verane, Grenier, Depay, Zouma, Veratti, Willems, Quintero, Marquinhos. (Probably some dodgy spellings).

But so many seriously talented young players in this world cup it's refreshing.
