Its the only way something proper will get done. Leaks about the FIFA "investigation" into the 2022 bidding process have suggested it will say all bidding countries broke the rules in various ways so nobody will be punished.FIFA will then introduce new laws to stop it happening again thus making it the champion of fair play in the eyes of the minnows
