Brazil 2014 World Cup Fantasy Football

As there are bound to be a plethora of available competitions I thought I'd get the ball rolling with a thread. If people enter many/various different ones I suppose we could always have a thread per comp to avoid confusion.

First I'm entering in Telegraph (http://fantasyfootball.telegraph.co.uk) straight forward 11 players with variety of formations available. Full squad lists to be added later when they are finalised. £3 to enter and £20,000 in prizes including 15 x £100 for manager of the day.

struggling to see how I will be able to keep Neymar, Higuain, and Suarez in my team!

I might play one if I can find a game I like. I've never really gotten on with many fantasy games aside from the FPL one. I did hilariously badly in the regular Telegraph game this year, my starting team ranked 27th overall which is pretty damn good, but after 30 transfers I scored over 100 less points than if I'd never touched it and wasn't even in the top 100k

I'll probably look at it though for the WC as transfers won't be an issue

shocking transfer use! We should probably team up to be fair. Ive barely cracked 1000 in my starting XI but 677 more points by using transfers!

I signed up for the official FIFA/McDonalds one but don't think you can pick your team yet.

The FIFA/McDonalds one only opens something like 3 days before kick off, that is ridiculously short timing especially for organising leagues etc.

Squads dont get finalised until the 1st do they? Only leaves a week to get it all sorted and tested maybe?
