Sometimes players just seem more up for international games (not England players obviously) and also I guess he's much less familiar to National teams than to the players he's regularly up against in serie A. I haven't seen him have a poor game for Fiorentia and there's always someone saying how good he can be but I've never really noticed him as consistently outstanding.

Yeah he's a brilliant player but to get that much for a 34 year old is mental.

TV screens in grounds should be banned. By all means pick out the pretty girls in the crowd, that's a given, but its so ****ing **** when people go crazy over seeing themselves. Earlier biting fingernails watching a penalty shootout for your country, nervous as ****, cuye camera and they go nuts, if that was me I'd give them the finger, get out of my face.
