I think it's a bit different to be fair.....there's a difference between throwing shapes in the process of the kick to be taken, and actively seeking out the peno taker beforehand, giving him the eye etc. Sure he was even at it as the players walked up to the peno area initially.

As has been said, he done nothing outside the rules of the scenario, other than some ungentlemanly conduct. But it's still a cunt's behaviour regardless of whether it's right or wrong, and he would be getting a free slap for acting like that.
Keepers can delay a kick asking that the ball is on the spot, that their gear isn't ready, tying their laces etc.........all designed to intimidate the taker, but acting like a cunt is still acting like a cunt.
SO expect to be called on it.

I switched the game over after a few minutes of extra time. I haven't done that during any game so far during this World Cup. Robben was getting on my nerves, his acrobatic diving was really pissing me off. He doesn't need to do that. Holland were just trying desperately to cheat because they couldn't beat Costa Rica fairly. Robben is a horrible cheating little ****.
