Argentina have a great defence and only conceded about 3 goals in their last 11 games - Germany won't find it anywhere near as easy as the Brazil game.

    Argentina to win 1-0.

I think Argies will win it. I think they will have too much for the German defence who haven't looked great when really pressured.

Hope Germany wins it. They have had such an impressive core of players for the past 4-8 years and nothing to show for it. I thought they would do it in 2010 but managed to **** it up against Spain. They have been just as impressive this time around but I hope they've ironed out the tendency to bottle it because it would really be quite a shame for them not to win it. They're a better team than Argentina. Personally don't think Argentina on the whole was that much better than Brazil so it'd be disappointing to see them win.

Germany didn't "bottle it" or "**** up" against Spain - Spain were just better and unstoppable. Argentina are a great team - unfortunately some people here and pundits overlook them because they have Messi and come out with garbage like "one man team".

Looking at the highlights of the Brazil-Germany match I reckon Monster Masch will have a field day and really mess up any rhythm that Germany may try and get. That and if Messi shows up in any form I fancy him to score as Brazil possessed nothing as dangerous in their arsenal, and still should have scored more than one.

                Thiago should be off there.

Most blatant professional foul ever, referee bottled it.

typical of the treatment given to Brazil throughout.

Screen graphic also incorrectly timing it as 2nd minute when it was clearly the 3rd
