He's a right stroppy, mardy ******* these days. I'm beginning to see things Ronaldo's way. At least Ronaldo is outgoing about being an arrogant ******. I think Messi's image has been managed very, very carefully by Barca. He's clearly much more of a bellend control freak than we were led to believe for many years.

I just think it's got worse. He was humble and hard working. His work rate on the field used to be amazing. Now he strolls about doing **** all and seems to have a very big ego.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

He reminds me of Torres to a degree. Seems to have lost his love for the game. What a shame.

Noticed his work rate had dropped the other night. He had three team mates ahead of him and chose to dribble through and got tackled, the second he got tackled (he was on his feet, not on the floor) he just stood there with no intent to win the ball back for his team, despite them being open to a counter.

A couple of years ago he would have been nipping at their heels to get that back.

I think the change started with the season he scored 80 or 90 goals, the season where he broke Mullers record. One gets the impression that he views Barcelona as a vehicle for achieving personal milestones at the cost of the team.

Did anyone see Messi's insane first touch on a Japanese game show thingy the other day? Unbelievable control.

Most coveted sigining in the history of football. We couldn't convince Salah to sign for us over Chelsea, we have more chance of winning this season's African Nation's Cup than signing Messi

Should be noted that the first 90% of that clip is filler

It was a good touch but he had plenty of time to adjust for it
