Looks like they can still buy in this window, surely Real Madrid will buy big now. They need a GK,a CB (Pepe is old now) and another forward you could argue. They seem to be stocked in midfield with a couple of guys out on loan also. You have to think that De Gea has a clause in his new contract given he came so close to joining them in the summer.
The other thing is that effectively rules out them selling anyone with all the rumours that Bale & Ronaldo were off.
Atletico have quite a young squad so they would appear to better equipped to dealing with it. No Diego Costa return though. From a selling perspective it means that Griezmann will be going nowhere.Comment
