They have a good squad and Negredo still to come in. They've scored 3 goals in each of their last 4 games and only conceded 1.

Current Atletico Madrid captain Gabi was called in to face a judge in relation to a match fixing allegation from 2011
The suggestion is that Real Zaragoza, who Gabi played for at the time, paid Levante players in cash to throw the game
Zaragoza needed to win to stay in La Liga, and did so after two goals from Gabi himself
A season later, they also needed to win a match against Getafe to stay up, and did so after three opposition players were sent off - there is an ongoing investigation about this too
