Burnley then Leicester. Tough start there for Chelsea!

Cissokho's looking quite decent early on. I think that the move to Villa could be good for him. He's had an awful lack of confidence the last couple of seasons. I know he hasn't shown it in the last few seasons but he is a good player, or at least was. Now that he's at a lesser club there's less pressure on him. Maybe we'll see a bit of a resurgence. Regardless for Villa it's riskless, only paid 2-3m for him.

Roy Hodgson at Villa Park. Taking a closer look at Delph as Gerrard's replacement in the England set-up.

Aston Villa seemed to talk about their transition period, how they had the youngest average aged squad and were instilling some sort of ideology throughout their whole set-up. Yet three consecutive bottom six finishes, they now have a team featuring Hutton, Richardson, N'Zogbia, Agbonlahor and recent purchases Cissokho and Senderos with Bent on the bench. Oh, and Joe Cole.

                      Go Villa.

You'd be gutted as a villa fan when you find out Joe Cole is one of your summer signings. Its a shame because as a club villa have potential but they are managed by a tit and owned by a gimp

                              Williamson's effort on goal!

As a old-fashioned central-defender, if you're in the opposition's six yard box and the ball is head height, you put your head through it. Williamson? Nah, he takes a step back and goes for the volley.

                              Swing and a miss.
