I'm not really offended by your remark. It's not that big a deal and obviously it was meant in jest. Nevertheless, you wouldn't have said it if I weren't a woman and it was a bit disrespectful. Slinky is a more established poster on this site and there's a generally chummy/banter-y attitude about the place so he's probably used to people taking the piss out of him but it's still not very nice!
