I've not followed his career in Spain, but I'm pretty sure he had a shocker for Arsenal. He was their record transfer I think too.

Litmanen and Morientes both had amazing careers overall though.
Neither are really examples of young players who failed to live up to their potential, they're just players who didn't work out while at Liverpool.
